2. Delivery Methods
2.1. In-Store Pickup

Applicable to customers purchasing directly at our store or choosing the pickup option on khangbirdsnest.com.

Please carefully inspect the goods and cross-check the products with your invoices and warranty cards before accepting them.

If an item needs to be transferred from another warehouse within our system, our sales representative will contact you to reschedule a convenient pickup time.
2.2. Local Delivery (Within Nha Trang & Ho Chi Minh City)

Free shipping is provided for all deliveries within the inner districts of Nha Trang City and Ho Chi Minh City.

For orders without specific time constraints, our delivery staff will call ahead to coordinate a convenient delivery window with you.

For time-sensitive orders, we will contact you to arrange and deliver the products exactly at your requested time.

In cases of urgent requests or orders placed outside business hours, our staff will contact you to negotiate a mutually reasonable delivery time.

Please personally inspect the product upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies regarding the product type, model, quality, or quantity compared to your order, please notify us immediately for prompt resolution. If everything is correct, please accept the delivery and settle the full payment.

2.3. Interprovincial Shipping (Via GHTK.VN, VIETTELPOST.VN, GHN.VN)

When placing an order, please provide full and accurate details to facilitate seamless shipping and payment processing. KHANG Bird's Nest shall not be held responsible for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and Tet).

Orders placed on Sundays or during public holidays/Tet will have their delivery timeline calculated from 4:00 PM on the following Monday or the first working day after the holiday.

Please thoroughly inspect your items immediately upon receiving them from the courier. If there are any issues regarding product type, quality, or quantity, please report them to us instantly so we can coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
2.4. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Customers may modify or cancel a transaction under the following conditions:

The store has confirmed the order but the package has not yet been dispatched.
